I ordered the DermaSet cream, and even though the tracking indicated it was delivered, I never got it. So, I reached out to customer service, and they suggested I check with my mailman and contact the post office. I did both, but no luck. I emailed again and received a voicemail from a rep named Anna. When I called her back, she explained that it wasn’t DermaSet’s fault the post office misplaced my package. Before she could finish, I lost my cool and started venting my frustrations at her. Honestly, that’s not how I usually roll, but I was having a rough morning, and she caught the heat. After I calmed down, she patiently provided a solution to my problem. I felt like a total jerk, but she was so understanding and gracious while I tried to make amends for my earlier outburst. I followed her advice, and she even asked me to call her back after I tried it (like she’d want to hear from me again)! She was genuinely pleased we sorted things out and showed nothing but kindness and grace! It really means a lot to me that, despite my behavior, Anna—this incredibly professional rep—was committed to resolving my issues. DermaSet is fortunate to have her on their team.

Hey everyone, I'm not wealthy but a buddy of mine gave me a sample of this, and I ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT! Then she revealed the price to me! I typically stick to my regular skin care routine day and night and see good results, BUT I ACTUALLY WATCHED MY UNDER-EYE WRINKLES FADE AWAY! My husband saw the difference, my friends noticed too, my complexion is more radiant, and my makeup feels lighter. It makes me feel youthful again, and I’m 50! So ladies, if it’s within your budget, give it a shot; you can always send it back for a full refund, but trust me, you won’t want to! I’m LOVING IT♥️🔥♥️

This item is a total flop, just another scheme to take your cash. Yep, I got suckered into it, but it did absolutely nothing for me. I had to give it at least one star to leave a review, but honestly, I would have rated it a zero.

I wanted to give Dermaset a fair shot before sharing my thoughts. Overall, it’s been a pretty solid experience! My skin tends to be quite sensitive, but I haven’t experienced any breakouts in the month I’ve been using it. Sure, it’s summer and the sun does wonders for the skin, but I’ve noticed my fine lines appear to be less noticeable. The scent is reminiscent of a high-end product, not overpowering and quite nice. If I stick with any cream, this one’s got my vote.

The customer support here is just the worst. I reached out because I was charged for an item that never showed up. The guy who picked up was super rude and just wanted to argue, wouldn’t even let me get a word in. When I mentioned when I was charged, he corrected me, but I told him my bank account clearly showed the money was taken on the date I mentioned. He kept insisting that I got the product, but I kept saying I didn’t. In the end, I was out $179.00 with no product to show for it. I told him I wanted nothing to do with this company anymore. Lesson learned: check the BBB reviews before buying anything.

I keep coming back to DermaSet because it really delivers on its promises. My skin started showing some serious aging lines, but this stuff has made those fine lines look way better. People often think I'm younger than I actually am, and honestly, that's worth every penny. Big thanks to DermaSet!

I really can't stand this company. I returned my item within the specified period. Funny how it got lost, leaving me out $124.00 along with the product. I feel totally scammed. Just leave me be. I don’t want any more emails unless it’s about my refund. I've repeatedly requested that you quit sending me emails. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
